So for the last couple of weeks my S4 battery was getting hot while I was charging the phone to an extent that the battery became swelling as if it was going to burst. My friend told me to go Samsung and get a replacement.
I feared the worst because recently I had an issue trying to fix my broken HP laptop. When I got to Samsung Century city, the guy who assisted me (unfortunately I didn't take his name down) was so nice. It took me less than 5 minutes to get a new battery with no questions asked. I greatly appreciate this service and from now on I can purchase anything from Samsung with peace of mind. Just to mention though not relevant, I have a washing machine, TV and Fridge manufactured by Samsung and because of the service I received I am now hooked up to them. Thanks a mils Samsung.
