I had a problem with My cell phone whereby i could not hear from the speaker. I took it in to Samsung Smartcare in Constantia Park. I waited for 2 hours befor i could get service which understood as the store was busy. A friendly consultant by the name of Chantal booked in the phone after the manager helped me to back up my data from the phone to the sd card. A few days later I received an invoice via e-mail from Refilwe of R1917.48. The reason for that is the unit was water damaged, I could not understand as the phone still worked. I called Refilwe, said that she will get the service manager to call me. That never happened. I called in to Samsung numerous times for the service manager but never returns calls. I then asked that they do not repair the phone and was picked up. I called my insurance company who within 20 minutes agreed to pay for the repairs. I took the phone back to Samsung on Saturday the 30/11/2013 after collecting it on the 28/11/2013 (2 days). On the 09/12/2013 I received another invoice from refilwe as I had to rebook in the phone. This time the invoice is for R2223.00 for the same damage. Refilwe said she will get the manager to call back. Still waiting.
