On the 13th of October 2013 I took my monitor in for repairs (Samsung customer Care center - Constantia Park).
I received the quote for repairs on the 14th of October via email - which was accepted on the 18th (after 3 emails requesting further information were finally answered). The quote states that parts would take between 5-7 days from quote acceptance, after no update was received, I emailed on the 21st to check the progress (parts had not been received) on the 29th @ 2pm (11 days after and no update from Samsung) I emailed again, a reply was received on the 30th @ 11am, stating parts had still not been received. Today is the 11th of November I have called twice since the 30th and left messages for Refilwe who would not take my call, with messages asking for a reply asap. It is now nearly a month since i accepted the quote. I'm appalled at the absolute LACK of communication, and false information fed to me from this service center. If the parts are very hard to come this should have been stated on the quote. I took the monitor to the official repair center hoping for a quick turn around time as STATED on the website. This is my last resort to any get information from Samsung
