Samsung S4. Poor quality production

My phone has been a temperamental one at the very most. Having bought it less than 6 months ago there have been multiple issues across the board.

Battery issues, insufficient charging times, poor processor. These are but a few of the issues. Now the phone will not turn on at all. Having thoroughly investigated and tried all avenues I can possible an online chat to a Samsung representative did not resolve my issue. Further the screen is now cracked and I have no communication platform. I am a University Graduate and cannot afford the inconvenience of this. Further, I am leaving the country and cannot afford the turn around time it takes to "assess" my phone when it is the phone that should have been "assessed" when it was manufactured.

Please advise, I have done the background check to see that Constantia Park is the main Smart Care Centre. I do not know how best they can assist but if Customer Service is what they offer this is what I need and I would highly value this kind of feedback.

Please get back to me soonest. I do not have an alternative number for you to call but email will have to do.
