On 26th October 2013 my microwave was handed in to the authorised dealer in Cape Town. A report was issued to Samsung detailing the extent of the paint peeling off the interior. Photos were sent plus a report from the dealer as per Samsung. Many phone calls later my problem was transferred to Voice of the Customer dept.
On virtually every occasion I have to initiate contact to try and determine the status of my claim. I have met all the criteria they required, but to date no microwave!
To say that I am truly disappointed would be an understatement! A large organisation like Samsung should be treating customers fairly! Or are they too Large!
