Samsung S4 battery failing

Samsung, I'm very disappointed in you S4 battery.

My wife and I both upgraded to the "best" phone on the market, only to start experiencing battery failure less than 3 months later.
I've scoped the Internet to find official Samsung repairs centres in SA, but to no avail.
Eventually I found the Samsung centre just off Trichardt in Boksburg. NO STOCK!!!

Its now been 2 weeks and they still have no stock of the batteries.
They wanted to book in our phones. (it would only take 3 days as they need to change the charging block on the phone as well)

So it is not just the battery failing but the charging circuit as well!

This is unacceptable!!!

I demand that our phones either be fixed on the spot or swapped out with new phones! Who can afford being without a phone for 3 days!!! (this would have been 2 weeks if I booked it in)

This is product failure not user negligence!!!

Don't reply with the below message! I want action!
