As you already experienced numerous complaints not only of the faulty battery of the Samsung Galaxy S4 but also the fact that the service centres are out of stock. I reported the matter of my battery to the service provider and told me to go directly to a Samsung service centre which I did, now after almost two weeks I am waiting for a new battery for my phone. I am using my phone for business purposes and I can`t afford to not have any phone. I am working from 8-5 in a day, I can`t see how you can expect me to drive to Johannesburg to exchange my battery when I am working and staying in Pretoria. This is not a fault from my side, I feel that you are responsible for this matter and fix it.
Please make sure that the service centre get stock or courier me a new battery.
