SHOCKING SERVICE FROM A WORLD LEADER IN APPLIANCES

MY COFFEE MACHINE STOPPED DISPENSING COFFEE .
COFFEE MACHINE WAS SELDOM USED AND IT COSTS - R 35000.00!!

PHONED THE DISTRIBUTOR WHO CONTACTED AEG... THAT WAS ABOUT 2 MONTHS OR MORE AGO??

PHONED COMPANY MANAGERS AT LEAST 20 TIMES!!! IF THEIR PHONE RECORDING SYSTEM IS WORKING AS THEY CLAIM "ITS FOR QUALITY PURPOSES" THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO VERIFY THIS.
THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO PHONE ME BACK EVEN THOUGH I LEFT MESSAGES WITH SECRETARIES.

BEEN PROMISED NOW FOR THE SECOND TIME BY MANAGERS THAT THE MACHINE IS FIXED AND HAS BEEN DELIVERED BY COURIER TO MY HOME... WELL, TWO WEEKS LATER I AM STILL WAITING... AGAIN NO PHONE CALL.

THEIR PRODUCTS MIGHT BE OK BUT THEIR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE ABSOLUTELY STINKS, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS ND WILL CERTAINLY TELL EVERYONE ABOUT IT OR YEARS TO COME.
