Called Apple Helpline
1) After 3 calls unable to get thru to technical dept... no place to leave message
2) Decided to "short cut" the system - spoke to sales who took my number and promised that I would be called back
3) Called again - technical "person" unable to help and said my call would be escalated!!!
Another day has passed and still no help!
