I purchased a new fridge and after just a few days it began to ice up inside, I sent an email to Hisense customer service, it took them 2 days before it was read and another 10 days has passed still with no response despite me sending another email via there website to there Public relations department.
If this is the kind of after sales service they provide I will never purchase or recommend them again.
It's just a pity I did not check out there performance via the Hellopeter website before buying, far too many complaints
More and more companies are failing the public with their poor and pathetic (if any) after sales service
