I bought a Hisense fridge with a water dispenser just over a month ago, when I 1st got the fridge it had a dent on the door. they replaced the frdige with a new 1 only to see that the new 1's water dispenser was broken. on sunday my fiance wanted to clean the fridge and the freezer when she notice that 1 of the freezer trays. I email Hisense can got a reply from [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] as cc'd in the mail. they said that they dont replace damage trays I must buy it. how can i pay for something that was broken since i got it because if you open the tray you dont see it, only if you pull the tray out.
this is unacceptable because this is suppose to be a new product. is the product and service that I got from Hisense a norm??? this is the 3rd problem with the fridge in just over a month.
