New TV not working

I bought a new Hisense TV from Game Menlyn in January. Only started to use it in March. From the first time I used it the quality of the screen was bad. The screen is snowy and only part of screen is clear. Phoned Hisense and they weren't helpfull and said I must take it back to Game. Took it back to Game and asked if I can return the TV and buy a new one and they said I must first send it for repairs, I complained because it was a new TV and they refused to refund me. I've send it in for repairs and got it back just as bad. I bought the TV because a sales man of Hisense insured me of the best after sale service because it is a South African brand and can be repaired in Midrand. I wound recommend to anybody to buy a Hisense TV because of a NEW faulty TV and there bad after sales that they provide!!!
