New Deep Freeze not working-no one contacted us

We bought a new chest freezer from Hirsch's in Fourways on 05/01/13.It stopped working after 7 days. We phoned Hirsch's who explained they contact Hisense who will send a technician out to fix it. Apparently they have phoned Hisense on several occasions, not once have we had a response. Two nights ago we sent an email to "Service" at Hisense demanding a response. To date NOONE has contacted us from Hisense to come & fix it, over a period of 15 days. (Not to mention the thousands of rands of meat we bought that has gone off!)

We were going to buy a Hisense Flat Screen TV end of this month... won't be now if this is the after sales service one can expect.

Want our money back on that Freezer too, would rather buy a make with after sales back up.
