I have a Hisense LED TV that broke after about 9months. Its still under warranty, I sent the request to have it fixed to hisense and they arranged that I take it to TX electronics, they found the fault and informed hisense. They have been waiting for a response from hisense for more than a month. I have sent numerous emails their service email address but no-one responds I have also sent their customer service mails but no-one bothers to reply. Will my TV be fixed before the warranty expires? What happened to the while you wait service and you try to eliminate unnecessary inconvenience - that's total BS.
