Faulty Defy Oven

We bought a Defy oven from Makro. When the oven was installed it worked for 10 to 15 minutes then stopped working. We were told by Makro to bring the oven back and it will be replaced because it was still in the first week after purchase. After taking time off from work, going to the stores we were told to go back to Makro first. (why weren't we informed to do this when we phoned the previous day). We went to Makro and there we were told that he will have to send out a technician first as he does not trust that oven worked for 10 minutes and then just stopped working and that we had to show a certificate that the oven was installed by a qualified electrician. WE WEREN'T TOLD THIS THE DAY BEFORE WHEN WE PHONED TO ASK HOW TO GO FROM THERE. WHY NOT!!! This is just a waste of time and again we have no oven!!
