I bought a new S4 i9500 in June and in the last 2 months experienced problems with the battery life as it rapidly decreased. When I removed the battery to inspect it, it was all swollen up. The supplier where I bought the phone told me that they can't help me and that I should report it to a Samsung support centre. Up to now I was unable to find a support centre in South Africa.
