One of the knobs on my Defy oven broke over the weekend. I contacted Crystal in the service department and she requested my proof of purchase, which I could not find at the time. She then went and found it in their records, mailed it to me for me to keep for my own record, and the service team was at my house yesterday to fix the oven. 2 Days from the first call to the oven being fixed. That is a fantastic turnaround time. Much appreciated.
