First Samsung undercounter oven - problem - rack collapsing resulting in us being burned and food messed everywhere. After numerous call-outs attended to by MMI and no resolution the oven was replaced by Makro. Note that we had to replace this ourselves - our time, petrol and electrician expense times two.
Second Samsung undercounter oven - problem - besides the rack being exactly the same as the first oven the back fan has now gone faulty for the second time in six weeks. Once again we are subjected to MMI service. Problem reported Monday - they will attend Wednesday. They don't call to advise you of a time of service and don't wait if you are not home. Complaints to Samsung call centre a waste of time - they protect their contractor!!!! We as customers must WAIT all day until their contractor can fit us in his busy schedule and around traffic. NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY MONEY ON A SAMSUNG! WE HAVE HAD ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
