I recently purchased a Samsung Note 3 Smart Phone. It started giving trouble around 2 weeks after I received it. I took it back to Cell C who told me that my best option was to take it to the Samsung Service Center on 14th Ave in Roodepoort, Johannesburg. They told me that I could call ADH and that I could claim a new phone. ADH told me that they no do not provide this service and that they only service broken screens. I then drove all the way back to the service center and booked the phone in with them. I was told that it would be a maximum of a week. I called a week later to get an update to which the first response was: "our computer are a bit confused today." I gave the reference number and was told that the part has been ordered but that no promises can be made as to when the phone will be ready. I tried to call again (about 10 times) two days later and nobody picked up the phone. I getting a bit annoyed now...

Samsung please look into your 14th Ave Service Center. You have a great product and they are destroying your public image for you.
