3 Days to get quotation

My Samsung tv stopped working after power failure and i claimed from my insurance and i was told i need to get a quotation with the damage report to recommend fixing or replace. i then went to samsung store at clearwater mall and i was told that i can take the tv the service center at 14th avenue it will not take me more than 10 mins to get all that information. when i got there i was told i need to leave the tv for further assessments which i was fine with however since then i had to call samsung to get an update of what's happening. at first i was told there's no technicians "AT THE SERVICE CENTER, No technicians" then it's still not done, then the lady that does the quotation "Refilwe" is not in and this is a process that's supposed to take less than 15 minutes? I'm really disappointed. i'm such a samsung fun, i have phones, tv, theather systems, fridge, washing maching etc. if this is how they treat their customers when we need help then they can have all the fancy devices but i will never buy again because of this.
