WORST CUSTOMER CENTER IN SA!!!

This is the 3 complaint for this customer center of Samsung... first it was regarding my Samsung S4 that reboot and still it does the same and the manager at Samsung say he cant replace it because the previous phones he replaced had no problems. Now one of my friends also got the S4 and his phone is doing the same, when using the camera it reboots. My phone was booked in 4 times if I'm correct. A month ago I contacted the center and ask them if I can order a wire for my speaker of the surround sound system they said I should book the part online and they gave me the serial number of the product, so I ordered it but had no reply of the product so I contacted constantia kloof and they said they did not receive the order can they take my email address and contact number and they will come back to me asap... its been 3 weeks now and still no reply. I think the guys name was Dave.

I'm not sure why its a customer center when the staff there is incompetent and by saying that I mean 90% of them they don't have any phone etiquette and don't know how to treat a customer!!!
