1st Samsung Product. DISGUSTED

OK so I bought Samsung camera but I did not mind, It was a Samsung after all
MISTAKE . A few months after we got the camera, we had to book it in for repairs: then the nightmare started
we took it to cameratek in montegue gardens cape town and was assured they would call me soon
A few weeks later I was told the camera was ready for collection by Bronwyn Jefferies, I collected and in my lunch time and when I got home the evening discovered that the job card said "NO FAULT FOUND "
Guess I was doing something wrong -we continued to use it and low and behold the same error occurred
Now imagine u wanting to capture family occasions and school prize givings only to get an error message every single time you take a pic I was getting annoyed and returned the camera back to the same repair centre
This time I received a quotation for R860.70 This was ridiculous as they first said " no fault found " now the fault was found but we had to pay (quote number JQT625736) After my wife discussed this with Anwar he eventually found the POP . A few weeks later we got it back AND GUESS WHAT 1ST FIRST DAY WE TOOK PICSTHE SAME ERROR OCCURED . MORE MEMORIES DOWN THE DRAIN.
