Damage goods not replaced

Fridge packed up in May. Service team took 3 days to arrive to attend to fault. Fresh produce lost and Samsung requested proof of replacement on repair where after they will reimburse replacement of damages. I sent all proof and continuously emailed Bradley without any response.
