LOUSY SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR - WORSE SERVICE

Around 3 years ago bought a new Samsung 710L double door fridge freezer, with 2 year warranty from "Third Generation", George. This packed up in 02/2013, only a few months after warranty expiry. Local Samsung repair agent "Home Appliances" (listed on Samsung website) picked Fridge up @ my home with inadequate manpower and an overloaded bakkie, on the open tailgate of which they balanced it. New fridge was ("Sorry Boss...") dented in the process. Two days later I was quoted R865-00 for the "compressor re-gas" needed. An hour later I visited agent (to effect mandatory "pay in advance") and was then told "Sorry. Problem is actually PC Board fault, not gas.." ALSO repairable @ exactly R865-00... I paid for the "repair" (LoL!), but have STILL never received a Tax Invoice. Next day I complained to Samsung about their APPALLING repair agent and service. They (an African woman) told me that they "had many complaints about the same business". She promised to investigate MY complaint and call me back. THAT naturally never happened. Now the fridge has packed up again, and the SAME lousy appliance repair agent is STILL listed on the Samsung website. I SO, SO regret this purchase...
