I have bought a Mac computer in September 2012 and on 21 January 2013 the hard driver had stopped working. Apple is such a reputable name and I would have thought that the computer would be replaced with no problem, but instead it had been taken for repairs. How long does it take to replace a hard drive and why does Apple not have an email where one can lodge complaints??? the apple product is very expensive and we get secondary parts for Africa with no customer service.
I would like to get some feedback regarding my query
