Why do we pay these massive Apple premiums, if the Apple products are never in stock when we need them? When my Apple Time Machine mal-functioned (no surprise), I urgently needed another back-up drive. I was told by June, Manager at Cavendish Branch in Claremont, Cape Town, that the entire region is out of stock. This is unacceptable. In the end I had to use another supplier. Once again Apple disappoints! When I posted this sad state of affairs on Facebook i immediately had several other people telling me about their appalling experience with Apple. Apparently Apple Head-office is even incapable of ordering name tags for their staff. June certainly wasn't wearing one. Apple SA, its time to clean up your act!
