My Samsung Galaxy S4 was purchased brand new only 3 months ago... and now... the battery is fried!!! It just switches itself off when there is still plenty of battery life left (according to the display) and when it reboots it notifies me that the battery is critically low... 0%!!! I am now having to recharge the battery several times a DAY!! Considering how reliant we have all become on our mobile phones for banking, safety, business and all the other functions, I am astounded that this type of Factory fault has been overlooked in a device which has become such a large part of our day to day lives. When I went to the MTN Store where I purchased the phone, I was told "this is the first my ear hears of it"... how is it that such a well know Brand has not yet informed their distributors that there is a problem??? EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!
