On Sunday I took my Galaxy tablet to the Samsung store because when I receive emails, the attachments don't open. The shop doesn't have wi-fi for the "technician" to check what is the problem is. 2ndly he was passing the buck and saying I must go back to the store and have someone else have a look at it. Then he asks me to go home and check what format the attachments are and upgrade my software. If I could sort the problem out myself, I wouldn't have went to the store in the 1st place and he is definitely unskilled and incompetant to handle customers queries. The problem is still not sorted out. There after I went to the istore because I had an issue with my iPad and they sorted it out immediately. Comparing the service levels, Samsung should be disgraced. Moral of the story, I won't be buying any Samsung products any further.
