On the 21st of October I lodged a complain about the broken screen on my Samsung Galaxy S4 which needed to be repaired as part of the ADH assurance. Samsung promptly replied that they will assign someone to follow up, NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. I have a call center reference on the complain that I logged earlier, for which I have also received no response. (REF: 7111 262 278). My next phone will be an iPhone!
