On the 31st of August I took my S4 to user Electronics in Garsfontien to have the screen repaired under the ADH warranty. I keep on getting excuses that Samsung does not send them parts. Last week I phone Samsung's Customer care Centre (Ref: 7111 262 278) to complain about the situation and ask them to follow up and resolve the issue. I received NO feedback. I find it unaccaptible that Samsung cannot resolve issues with its service providers. I know of at least 4 people who had their phones repaired in a matter of days!
