PATHETIC SERVICE FROM SAMSUNG

In December last year i purchased a Samsung PS51E550 from the Samsung Brand Store at Clearwater Mall.
The wifi on the tv did not work. I logged a call with samsung in December and they sent a technician to check the problem. The technician confirmed that the wifi does not work. Samsung have agreed to do a direct exchange but to date i have not received any exchange from them. I have spoken to over 20 people to try and resolve my problem. Today i get a call from Samsung and they offer me a Samsung PS51F4900 OR a PS51F4500. How can they offer me a series 4 TV which doesnt even have half of the features that my current tv has? I have on numerous occassions mentioned that every single appliance i have in my home is a Samsung. The service i have received from the store to the call centre is appaling.
I will never buy another Samsung product again.
All that i want is a new tv unit, same model as my current one or a full refund.
For one of the worlds largest leading brands, 5 months is a very long time to try and resolve a matter as ''small'' as this one.(Just to mention the appliances i do have - Fridge, Microwave, 2 tv's, blu ray player, washing machine, 2 S3 Cell phones and a Samsung Tablet
