Shocking delays, poor client service

On 26/9/13 I phoned 0860026724 and received ref#1920031. I was allocated Stanley as a repairman. He visited my house and assessed the problem pointing out that he would have to order a part from abroad. charged R500 for coming out. Part was to arrive and installed on 10/10/13, but I had to call again to find out what was going on. Selina was a helpful hand and she spoke to Stanley and made an appointment for 25/10/13. At this point I had no quote of what repairs would cost. On 25/10 Stanley phoned and said that he had forgotten the part at home (why he couldn't drive to fetch it blew my mind) He said he had 2 solutions one for R300 and one for R2500?
I phoned him again on 28/10 and he made promise to phone me later with a time when part could be fitted. Never called and I have no further arrangements. It's a month later after the original call and I'm so desperate I want to go out and buy a new Samsung dishwasher. How do I get this sorted?
