My son bought a mixer from Bosch white sales back in October 2012, which I was given for my birthday at the end of Feb 2013. Upon unpacking, I realized that some items were missing and contacted Bosch. After visiting them with the mixer in its original box, they ordered the missing parts free of charge!
That is what I call Customer satisfaction.
