2 months later and DSTV connection still not fixed

Hi,

I own an apartment in a complex, Nature's Gate 2, in Wynberg. Ellies charged us to upgrade our DSTV installation a week before Multichoice changed their terrestrial systems. This upgrade cost us R25, 000. A week later, it no longer worked. They then told us that we need to upgrade to a 5-wire system. This upgrade cost us R75, 000. The work was agreed upon and payments have been made every month since.

We are STILL waiting on Ellies to come out and fix the DSTV connection. Their excuse is that they're waiting for enough residents to reply so that they don't waste their time with multiple callouts. I'm sorry, but I PAID for a service. The service has not been rendered. How much longer must I wait? Either you sort this out or I will contact the relevant authorities/ombudsman to resolve this. I'll also be taking to Twitter and the papers at the end of the week if nothing is done regarding this.
