I hand in my Samsung S4 Cellphone on the 11 September 2013, to repair a cracked screen. Since then every time I call to check the progress, I am been told they are waiting for new screens from Samsung SA. Can Samsung really take so long to supply cellphone screens, especially knowing that their brand is so popular? It's now over a month and they latest is they will be receiving screens on Friday 18 October 2013 but they are still not sure if mine will be repaired. This is not acceptable at all because now I can't use my phone so I have lost almost two months of my contract benefits.
