Samsung not will to admit to sub-standard screens

Inspite of overwelming cutomer inquiries into what apears to be sub-standard screens fitted to the Galaxy S3/4 Samsung is not will to assist customers who have shatters screens. The phone is not robust enough to deal with the riggers of normal day to day use while its competaturs producs do not demonstrate this poor qualay and lack of robustness.

To rub sault in, the cost of the repars are around 35% of the phones replacement value on avradge R2, 200.00. One would think that the repare might be offered at 35% of cost as a goodwill or at least at cost to Samsung.

I moved from Blackberry to Samsung but will now be moving back untill my next upgrad and then on to iPhone wich has proven to be roust.
