I woke up this morning to find 2 cracks that magically appeared across the width of my Samsung S2 phone. According to Google this seems to be a common occurrence with this phone. I have spoken to their call center, their repair agents and the shop I bought it from with the end result being that Samsung couldn't care that there seems to be a fault with their phone and the damage it is doing to their brand.
I have been really happy with the phone until now, but from this experience and poor service I think my Samsung days are over.
