My husband and I bought the Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S4 respectively. Both our phones were badly damaged within two weeks from buying them. My husband got his S3 about a month ago and within two weeks the phone fell on its side (not even a big drop) and the screen cracked.
I got my phone on 21 May 2013 and this morning (30 May 2013) it fell from my pocket when I got into the car. It fell in between the car seat. When I picked it up... screen cracked and phone dead!!! I was in a sitting position so the phone basically fell 10 centimeters and landed on the foot mat.
I am so dissapointed in these phones. Wil never buy a samsung andriod again. These two phones cost about R 14000.00 in total. And fixin the screens will cost me another R 5000.00 (R2500 each) Both within a month. This is ridiculous!!! I will never advice any of my friends to get a Samsumg Android.
