I placed an order with them on 2013-09-26. For a while they sent me progress reports with very little information, mostly seemed like the same mail over and over, up to 3 times a day. I mailed them about a more detailed report, no response, but the daily useless updates ceased. I mailed 9 days after the last delivery date, no response. I mailed today, no response. They don't have a telephone number, and the live chat is always off on their website. It seems like they don't want to be contacted. The only conclusion is that the site is a way to people out of their money...
