I gave my phone in for repairs at istore in Menlyn, the said they will call after a hour to give an update on the phone, 4 hours later and still no feedback. If you try to call them you get through to the call centre, even the call centre can't get hold of them as they don't answer the phones. I think this absolutely pathetic.

As you cannot get hold of anyone, no one will probably reply to this.
