Tried to buy a Mac Air at the iStore at the Waterfront to be told that they have no stock. Standing in the store they suggested that we call the Call Centre so at our expense did so and were informed that Century City has in stock which they would hold for an hour. On arriving at the store were told they also had no stock and were never asked to hold any by the Call Centre. In both stores the attitude and service were a nightmare - in neither stores were we asked if we would like any info on the product, etc. In one store we were asked if we were paying cash or by credit card before even assertaining what we wanted or whether they could supply the goods. This is the worst service I have received any where in the world but the general feeling is that is what you can expect if you choose an iStore!!!
