Wow I was so excited about buying a dstv decoder with free installation voucher today and tried to call Ellies JHB as soon as I got home. The line was so bad that I couldn't get to really talk to anyone to book installation and the line kept getting cut off when I did get through. I had no choice but to then log the installation booking online. I was so disappointed to find out that we had to wait 5-7 days before we could have it installed. Imagine buying a brand new car that you can only drive in 5-7 days. If I knew this I would have just bought the decoder and paid for the installation like others have done, atleast they got to enjoy dstv the same day. :( . EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND ANNOYED...
