I am really dissapointed. My mother bought a new hd pvr decoder and her dish was installed on the same friday that she bought the decoder. We bought a decoder with the free installation and upon trying to get iyt. installed via the voucher we were simply told that we are going to wait 5 to 7 working days for them to install it. If i knew that this would be the case i would rather have paid for the installation and have it done sooner. If ellies is unable to help the customers in a decent time frame they should not be promoting such a wonderfull service and not be able to back it up. I have activated my account with multichoice and paid for the service and now unable to use any of it because of poor service.
