No DSTV installation

I bought DSTV decoder on the 14th of December 2013 at Game -Umtata. Game booked through Ellies on my behalf for installation. I received an sms from Ellies confirming booking and reference number for my installation. At Game i was advised to contact the supplier contracted to Ellies by the name of Xola, he confirmed to me that he will install it on Friday, 20th. When i called on the 20th to check him out, he told me he ran out of dishes and he will definately come on the next day. Following day (21st Dec) he installed the unit at my neighbour's place, when i called him he said he already left and he expected me to send someone to wait for him at my neighbours. We agreed that he will come back on Monday, 23rd Dec. I called him on Monday afternoon, he said he couldn't come because of bad weather (full overcast). He promised to come on Tuesday, 24th until today 2nd January 2014 i am still waiting for him. I called Ellies office in East London (spoke to Khwezi) on the 27th Dec to complain about the supplier, they referred me back to Xola. I am so dissappointed with this poor service and i feel like Ellies does not take customers seriously and they are so unprofessional.
