I posted my Samsung S4 device on the 01st October 2013 & it STILL HAS NOT BEEN COLLECTED From the Post Office on the Same 14th Avenue Streetvin Weltevreden Park, Roodepoort, Gauteng (Samsung CARE Centre) So much 4 Customer CARE! You guys are SoooooOooOo Unproffesional working for an International Company that you cannot authorize to fetch a small box for your CUSTOMER! That's besides even actually doing the actual Promise Repair Warranty. I haven't even gt a Job No. Yet & being a Business Proffesional rely on so much for what I spent my Money for, in a SmartPhone. Maybe it wasn't a SMART CHOICE choosing Samsung as an institution that strives on Client Happiness! The devices are so sensitive with the plastic shells that I honestly think you're better of with Apple Inc. Get yourself an IPhone Anytime... Noticed Numerous Complaints on this very same Hellopeter website that I am now confirming! The Manager evn promised me for the past 2 weeks that he would send out a Driver & Now I've taken a step further by getting 0860 726 7864 Samsung Smart Care involved to no avail as their emails to the Manager maybe also be ignored just like mine. Another 24 hours & then I take further action
