My Samsung Galaxy S4's screen cracked a while ago. I was advised to book it in at the Samsung Smart Care Centre. I did so on the 26th of July 2013. They said they will contact me when they have stock available. As of today they still havent received any stock, and I booked my phone in about two weeks ago already. My job ref no. is SA71453. The customer service at the Smart Care centre was really good and I appreciate that, but for stock to take this long to arrive is unacceptable.
