I have written a report on Samsung before "Two Months and no reponse" on Wed 18 Sep 13.
SAMSUNG service and support is the most useless thing I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
11 weeks after my laptop was taken into their "Smart Care" Center (so not the case), I collected it because nothing and I mean NOTHING had been done! Countless calls to their service department and head-office had gotten me nothing but headaches!!
IF YOU ARE READING THIS AND THINKING ABOUT A SAMSUNG PRODUCT, DO NOT BUY IT!!!
Samsung do not reply to this message as I will fix it myself, as for the Countless Samsung products I have in my home and business consider them scrapped for a better brand... LG, SONY and DELL
PLEASE any person reading this DO NOT buy a Samsung product its worst mistake I have ever made!
