7 Years ago I bought a sony amp and had the best off service from it. 8 Months ago I decided to upgrade to an amp with 4 hdmi port. I was very happy with that untill it was struck by lightning. The insurance replaced the amp and less than a month later it stopped working while we were listening to music (I have 7 witnesses). I took it back to P&G and only after 9 days they can provide me with an answer. According to Sony its physical damage because the is a dent at the top. The dent got there when I took it out to take it back. If your worked it wouldn't have a dent to start off with. NOW: You get this sorted out IMMEDIATELY!!!
