Worst So Called Customer Service

I have a new S4 Samsung Cell Phone I phoned customer care to find out how to get the screen replace and the lady asked where I was area and referred me to the closet smart repair center and I asked can I have the number to confirm the stock availability to get told they don't have a phone number you must just go there it will take I hour to replace screen my partner goes there to hand phone and get sloppy service and when he asks how long if there is no stock to get told hand it in and we will let u know he asks again how long oh it can be a day to 3 weeks maybe longer but don't really know, it has now been 14 days and countless calls to head office and customer care and to the smart center with no joy, the only person who has been very helpful and is an asset to Samsung if Rafki at Samsung Bryanston he has arranged the release of stock the order number etc. to get the screen to the smart Centre but now Rick the manger is not available and the every time you call give the agent your job number you get told no stock when I tell them there is and it has been collected and should be by you and the phone should be fixed then the answer is I don't know. Samsung less advertising more
