I have tried every avenue, personal contact, international call centre, emails, tweets, password reset web site to try to reset or recover my password as I need to update software using my old Apple ID. I'm always told that they will send me an email but it never arrives. I have contacted Canal Walk, Digicape & V and A Waterfront and all of them say that there is no actual support in South Africa. If I create a new apple ID then all my existing software has to be bought again as they can't be updated when using a new ID. As a computer teacher, it is causing me big professional problems which I would like to have resolved urgently.
